Supply Chain Mechanics is looking for a sales Manager who will be directly responsible for bringing in new business by identifying, engaging, and closing B2B clients across industries.This is a commission-based role, ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in performance-driven environments and wants unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.

  • Promote SC Mechanics’ consulting services to senior decision-makers and executives.

  • Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted partner throughout the sales process.

  • Collaborate with consulting leaders to create tailored proposals and pitch solutions.

  • Consistently meet or exceed agreed revenue targets—you are responsible for bringing in the business.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in consulting, supply chain, logistics, or SaaS.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build a client portfolio from the ground up.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable with remote work, self-management, and commission-based compensation.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

Compensation

  • 100% commission-based compensation structure.

  • Earn a competitive percentage on each successful client engagement—no cap on earnings.

  • High-performing Sales Managers have the opportunity to generate six-figure incomes.
